As you may have noticed from the Small Business Advice section below where we recommend our new mail order advice ebook, Making It With Mail Order, we are not just in the business of producing software. We are a small business advice company and provide much of this free of charge with our software. We are there on the other end of the phone to help you run your business successfully, not just to sell our software. Our owner, Simone Nelson, has many years of experience in running a highly successful mail order business and we have no doubt that you will benefit from her wealth of experience that she is always eager to share freely.

We are also able to offer specialist services, either via our own staff or via our partners. We only recommend people we know and trust, personally and professionally. One of the major determining factors in any partnership that we establish is that not only must high standards of professionalism be employed, but also they must provide high quality customer service and be friendly and approachable!

Website Promotion
We deploy the services of Alasdair Broun of Skye Website Services who is, among other things, a search engine optimisation consultant and search engine advertising agent, and now provides advice and work for clients on our behalf. He can also provide technical support and computer tuition. Alasdair has also contributed extensively to the production of our free mail order advice ebook, and has been building the tutorial system for our order processing software.

Website Design
Do you like the look of our website? Our reliable, ever-obliging, and friendly web designer Steven Ballantyne of Redkite Internet can provide you with a high quality design. Unlike many web designers, he understands how to build web sites which are search-engine friendly to begin with, saving you a lot of time and money if you decide later to optimise your web site. A Content Management System to help those without technical knowledge to maintain their own website, is also available.

Shopping Cart
Do you need a shopping cart? We work in partnership with Shopfitter who can set you up with a shopping cart which you can then easily work with yourself. We can readily integrate a Shopfitter shopping cart into our new TOPS system, as well as other shopping cart systems if you already have one in place.

Programming Services
If you need more advanced technical services such as programming then we recommend Trevor Nash of Melvaig.co.uk who can offer a depth of knowledge that we believe you will find hard to match elsewhere. He has been developing some of the components of our new software, as well as assisting and supporting our current clients who are using the older version.
