TOPS integrates with various third party applications, including software provided by the following organisations:

• AFD Postcode Software for automatic address insertion – offline
• Servebase for our online Credit Card processing
• Royline/Streamline Banking Software Royal Bank of Scotland - offline credit card processing
• APC Carriers within the UK
• ANC delivery ANC delivery within UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Isles)
• Initial City Link Couriers within the UK
• DHL Carriers for Europe and Rest of the World
• FedEx for USA/Canada
• Amtrak Amtrak another UK (and obviously could be world wide) delivery system, if required

We will be adding further partnerships with other providers as and when we have produced an interface, prompted by our customers' needs.

However, the postcode software is automatically available and saves tremendous time not to mention accuracy if you are having to put in a lot of customers' details to start with. We also do offer to import all your company data – we need to look at your customer data, product data and probably carrier rates and will then quote you for this work – or help you to prepare your data yourself for the final importation.

Obviously you will probably only use one or two of the carriers at most initially, but once your system is up and running you may start to think it would be better if "my system interfaced with this or that..."! It also depends on the seasonality of your business as to where bottlenecks develop.

You may just use good old Royal Mail and need no other carrier interface at all - so the list dwindles quite rapidly! All those apart, you would not be wise to pay for any of these services without first discussing with us where you are now and what you want to achieve. That could be overkill!
