This is the ‘person’ screen. You should always enter as much as you know about anyone – you never know the day you might need to get in touch with them in one way or another. You can personalise the greeting too. Use the ‘Add’ button at the bottom to add their address. We always recommend that if you have many addresses to enter you use postcode software which speeds up address entry amazingly – so put in the postcode – click on ‘Postcode Lookup’ - the address arrives - almost as if by magic! Depending on which version you buy you may have to enter the house number or name. You will notice that wherever you are in TOPS there is an opportunity to add a note – again you never know when this might be useful.
