This is the screen which controls your packaging and despatching. We are showing you the ‘All batches’ situation – because you can always look backwards. If you want to examine any batch just double click, and it will open up. It is from here that you produce your picking/packing list and labels and then export the information to your carrier (if you use one) so that the labels may be produced - yet another area which may be causing you backlogs if they have to be prepared by hand. Currently we work with DHL, ANC and Amtrak but we are working on being able to integrate with most carriers very soon, so that the one software application carries out all those time consuming chores which you approach with dread as something that has to be endured – no more!
