Now, this is where you add the order itself. The system automatically selects the correct price for the country you are sending to – all supposing the data intially entered is correct of course! In your normal every day operation you would set up package/despatch batches to fit in with your routine before you started to enter orders, but if you had not you would simply leave the order to be ‘Assigned Later’. You enter what date the customer has specified the goods should arrive by, and the system calculates when the goods need to be despatched to reach that date in normal conditions. You need to enter the quantity and select from a scrolling list the product ordered (or use the product code) – the price will be automatically inserted – but you can edit this for special circumstances – e.g., the customer overpaid the previous order, or you are giving a discount this month.
